Picking a topic in the first place was really hard, and given a week to do the assignment, and with the RCA being due around the same time, it felt it was a hard task to accomplish. We decided to talk about cell phones since we were talking about social media in our papers. Luckily, all three of us were working on the social media topic in our essays. We had a lot of disagreements at first, and we couldn’t quite get on the same page. The meeting with the professor really helped us getting on the same page and I’m not sure if it was necessary but it definitely build a stronger ground for us. It was hard cramming in a lot of information, and that was the reason why our group was the only group to go overtime. I really loved the assignment, as it helped in learning how to develop a site and how to sell a brand, and most importantly always addressing the rhetorical situation. I feel like as a group we did an amazing job, and maybe we could have done better, but all in all this was a perfect assignment to wrap up the curriculum and start doing the final Digital Portfolio.
